عابدہ پروین کی واپسی انور سِن رائے بی بی سی اردو ڈاٹ کام، کراچی ہسپتال میں عابدہ پروین کی این جی او پلاسٹی کی گئی معروف پاکستانی گائکہ عابدہ پروین تقریباً پورے ایک سال کے وقفے کے بعد ایک بار پھر اپنے مداحوں کے درمیان لوٹ آئی ہیں۔ گزشتہ سال سائیس نومبر کو لاہور میں ایک پرفارمنس کے دوران ان پر دل کا دورہ پڑا تھا جس کے بعد انہیں فوری طور پر لاہور ہی کے ایک نجی اسپتال میں منتقل کیا گیا۔ ان پر دل کے دورے کی خبر آناً فاناً پاکستان بھر میں پھیل گئی۔ یہاں تک کہ ذرائع ابلاغ کے کچھ اداروں نے نہ صرف ان کے انتقال تک کی خبر دے دی بلکہ فنکاروں سے تعزیتی بیان تک حاصل کرنا شروع کر دیے۔ حالاں کہ عابدہ پروین کے ڈاکٹروں نے محض اتنا کہا تھا کہ ان کے لیے آئندہ چوبیس گھنٹے اہم ہیں۔ ہسپتال میں عابدہ پروین کی این جی او پلاسٹی کی گئی اور انھیں صحت یابی تک پروگرامز کرنے سے منع کر دیا گیا۔ اب وہ پوری طرح رو بہ صحت ہیں اور سنیچر کی رات انہوں نے سال بھر بعد کراچی کی ڈیفنس ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی میں واقع ایک نجی کلب رائل روڈیل میں پہلی بار اپنے فن کا مظاہرہ کیا۔ ان کی صوفیانہ گائکی سے

China overtakes US as world's largest smartphone market Low-cost smartphones by local manufacturers such as ZTE have contributed to the sector's growth China has become the world's largest smartphone market by volume after it overtook the US in the third quarter. Smartphone shipments to China rose to a record 24m during the period, compared with 23m for the US, according to research done by Strategy Analytics. The consultancy said shipments to China were boosted by "a wave of low-cost Android models from local Chinese brands". This is the first time that China has overtaken the US in smartphone market.
