Magento Blocks
Magento static Blocks are used as a banner and other external links. We can show our new shop features through static blocks.
If we design our site in magento and completely different from magento then we use static blocks.
Login Block, Catalog Blocks, Special Products , and etc ..... we show the blocks , we will go at magento admin panel and create static blokc in cms /content section.
